Raceview Kindergarten and Childcare Centre is growing, and we are looking for a passionate Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team as a Float Position.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring and committed educator who is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and supporting children to learn, grow and thrive.
About the role:
Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
Develop and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences
Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and educators
Contribute to a positive and supportive team setting
Work collaboratively to provide high-quality care and education
Support children’s individual development, interests and needs
Contribute to programming, observations and documentation
Follow the EYLF, NQS and centre policies and procedures
Maintain a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for all children
We are looking for someone who:
Is passionate about early childhood education
Versatile with Open and Closing shifts
Is reliable, skilled and enthusiastic
Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
Builds genuine connections with children and families
Is committed to continuous learning and professional development
Brings creativity, positivity and a willingness to contribute to our team
