· Preparing external surfaces of high-rise buildings and structures for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and applying primers using rope access techniques.
· Mixing and matching paint colours to achieve the desired results, ensuring consistency across large surface areas.
· Applying paint, protective coatings, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment while working at heights.
· Conducting detailed inspections to ensure all work meets safety standards, quality requirements, and client specifications.
· Maintaining and inspecting painting tools, rope access equipment, and safety gear to ensure they are in positive working condition.
· Strictly adhering to workplace health and safety regulations, including secure work methods for working at heights.

Skills & Qualifications:
Relevant Certificate III level (or higher) or 3 years experience
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in the painting industry
Familiarity with different types of paints, finishes, varnishes, and tools (brushes, rollers, sprayers)
Experience in painting high rise buildings is a must.
