This is a hands-on role with a small, capable team, where you’ll remain active in sales while taking ownership of brand performance and presentation. It’s a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills while driving growth for two respected vehicle brands.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Sell recent and used vehicles
Manage leads and ensure proactive customer follow-up
Support and guide a small team
Take ownership of inventory presentation and brand marketing activity
Coordinate with manufacturer partners and ensure brand compliance
Monitor performance and implement strategies to meet sales targets
Build solid customer relationships and generate repeat business

What You’ll Bring:




Confidence, initiative, and a drive to exceed targets
A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills
The ability to lead by example in a small team environment
Experience in vehicle sales (management experience is a bonus but not essential)
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
