About Us
Little Souls Taking Big Stepsis a not-for-profit Childcare and Early Intervention Centre located in Arundel.
We provide a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for children aged 2 years to school age, supporting both typically developing children and children with autism and other neurodiversities.
With a capacity of 28 children per day, we pride ourselves on maintaining high-quality, individualised support within a close-knit setting.
The Opportunity
We are currently seeking passionate and motivated Early Childhood Educators who have a robust interest in child development and Positive Behaviour Support.

About You
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
A genuine passion for supporting both typically developing children and children with autism and other neurodiversities
A strong interest in child development and inclusive practices
Availability to work Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
A Certificate 3 or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education
A current Working with Children Check must be obtained prior to commencement
Valid Australian work rights or appropriate work visa
