Melbourne Polytechnic is seeking a casual Student Hub Advisor to provide frontline customer service, student support and administration across multi-campus environments.
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will handle inquiries from current and former students, resolve issues at first point of contact and apply a case-management approach to complex queries.
