About The Role
n
Provision of high-quality pharmacy services at Calvary Health Care Kogarah (CHCK), both distributive and clinical, according to accepted standards and practices.
n
The preferred candidate should have knowledge about clinical pharmacist duties, familiar with eMR, eMEDs and guidance computer programs. They should be available to report to work within reasonable time frame.
n
About You
n
n
Registered pharmacist with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
Ability to provide high quality clinical services across a broad range of clinical areas.
n
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
n
Effective time management skills and the ability to be agile and adaptable to work across a variety of settings at short notice.
n
Experience and knowledge of person-centred care.
n
Ability to identify, communicate, escape and/or manage risks.
n
Ability to work within the Mission and Values of Calvary Health Care Kogarah.
n
