You will deliver person-centered care, support daily living tasks, assist with meals and personal care, and report progress to coordinators while prioritising client happiness and independence.
Based in Balga, Midland or surrounding suburbs, this part time role requires a valid driver's license, WWCC, and previous health/aged care experience or a Cert III
