We are open to full time or part time arrangements for this role. This role will also require occasional interstate travel.

What you'll do:
n
n
Lead strategic commercial and operational transformation initiatives from concept through to adoption and benefits realisation.
n
Translate executive priorities and commercial opportunities into clear plans, milestones, accountabilities and decision points.
n
Define initiative scope, success measures and commercial outcomes with executives and senior stakeholders.
n
Develop practical delivery plans that consider sequencing, resourcing, readiness, business risk, client impact and financial implications.
n
Assess trade-offs and recommend options that balance value, cost, risk, speed, quality and operational capacity.
n
Establish effective operating rhythms, governance forums and reporting that support timely decisions and accountability.
n
Provide concise, commercially focused executive reporting covering progress, risks, dependencies, decisions and business impact.
n
Track milestones, risks, budget considerations, benefits realisation and commercial outcomes, escalating issues with recommended actions.
n
Facilitate outcome-focused meetings, ensuring decisions are captured, ownership is transparent and actions are followed through.
n
Act as a trusted transformation partner to executives and senior leaders,



influencing across functions and keeping focus on enterprise outcomes.
n
Lead practical change and adoption approaches across people, process, technology, client experience and ways of working.
n
Assess change impacts, stakeholder readiness, communications, training needs and adoption risks, managing resistance with confidence and commercial judgement.
n
Partner across People & Culture, Finance, ITS, Operations, Sales, Service Delivery and other functions to embed sustainable change.
n
Lead integration planning and execution for acquisitions, mergers and newly onboarded business areas, considering commercial, operational, people, process, systems and client impacts.
n
Coordinate cross-functional integration work streams, managing milestones, dependencies, risks, communications, decision points and success measures.
n
Identify and manage integration risks including cultural alignment, role clarity, process gaps, client impact, financial assumptions and operational readiness.
n
Support business cases and benefits realisation tracking to ensure transformation delivers measurable commercial and operational outcomes.
n
Conduct post-implementation reviews, capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across processes, frameworks and delivery methodologies.

What you'll bring:
n
n
Proven experience in a commercial transformation, strategic operations, delivery leadership, business operations or senior project role within an IT, managedservicesor fast-paced operating environment
n
n
n
Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives that improve business performance, operational effectiveness and customer or client outcomes
n
n
n
Experience delivering internal business transformation projects (not just customerdelivery)
n
n
n
Experience supporting M&A;, business integration, acquisitiononboardingor market expansion, including cross-functional planning, stakeholderalignmentand change adoption
n
n
n
Strong commercial acumen,



with the ability to understand revenue, margin, cost drivers, productivity impacts, benefitsrealisationand return on investment
n
n
n
Ability to build practical plans, operating rhythms,dashboardsand executive updates that create clarity and momentum
n
n
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Strong Agile delivery capability with pragmatic application (not dogmatic)
