Job Description
Allcare Nursing & Community Services – Umina Beach NSW is seeking care staff for a dedicated 1:1 support role in a participant's home on the Central Coast.
The role provides continuous 24/7 support to keep the participant safe, well and connected to their community.
You will work with a small team to ensure consistency of care, complete daily documentation, and assist with personal care, medications, transport and meal preparation while upholding care plans and qualified boundaries.
