They can deliver projects up to $5m in value which include:

Large-scale streetscapes and public domain works
n
University and education precincts
n
Sports facilities and public open spaces
n
Shopping centres, hospitals, and defence projects
n
Civil infrastructure projects including roads, rail, and bridges
n
High-profile parks, playgrounds, and urban renewal projects
n

The Opportunity
n
This is a rare senior construction leadership prospect for an experienced professional to take ownership of the construction division and be the driving force behind project delivery:
n
n




Oversee all construction activities from pre-construction through to delivery
n
Lead the bid, tender, and estimation process
n
Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market share
n
Build and mentor high-performing Project and Site Management teams
n
Maintain strong relationships with local councils and developers
n
Drive safety, quality, and compliance standards across all projects
n
Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning
n
Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
n
n
This is a highly autonomous role, with full support from senior management, giving you the freedom to influence and elevate the company's construction operations.
n
The Requirements
n
n
3-5+ years in a senior management role within commercial landscaping sector
n
Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture (required)
n
Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar (highly regarded)
n
A proven network and track record of successful project delivery within NSW
n
n
