This is a role for an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys operating at pace, thrives on building trusted relationships and takes pride in anticipating the needs of a senior leader before they arise.

The Responsibilities
n
As Executive Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Complex diary and calendar management across competing priorities
n
Coordinating travel, meetings and executive logistics
n
Preparing presentations, reports, briefing papers and correspondence
n
Acting as the key liaison between your Executive, leadership team and broader business
n
Managing expenses, approvals and executive administration
n
Building strong relationships across the wider Executive Assistant network
n
Supporting leadership meetings, projects and business initiatives
n
n
The Ideal Candidate
n
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
n
n
5+ years' experience supporting C-Suite or Executive Leadership within a corporate environment.
n
Experience supporting senior executives within financial services, investment, infrastructure or other large corporate or professional services environments.
n
Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to confidently manage competing priorities and anticipate the needs of your Executive.
n
Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage at senior levels.
n
Excellent judgement, discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
n
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership.
n
A calm, polished and adaptable approach, remaining composed in a fast-paced environment.
n
A warm, personable style and genuine desire to build a trusted, long-term partnership with your Executive.
n
Strong commercial acumen and the maturity to operate as an extension of your Executive.
