Job Description

Design and implement Duck Creek Policy System solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
n
Lead and mentor the technical team in designing, developing, and delivering Duck Creek solutions.
n
Guide the team on best practices for working with Duck Creek Policy Modules (e.g., Author, Server, Express, Rating, etc.).
n
Collaborate with business analysts and clients to gather and understand their requirements and deliver effective solutions.
n
Manage the full policy lifecycle and transactions, including underwriting, billing, and claims.
n
Ensure integration of Duck Creek systems with other insurance technologies.
n
Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
n
Bachelor's degree with 8-13 years of experience.
n
Strong experience with 6-10 years on Duck Creek Policy system.
n
Must have minimum 53+ years of experience in team handling.
n




Candidate should have strong experience on Duck Creek Policy modules.
n
Good understanding of underwriting, claims, billing systems
n
Good experience on Policy lifecycle and various Policy transactions
n
Expertise working in Author, Server, Express (2&3), Forms, Rating, Batch Processing, Task Creation, Transact, & Address Validation, Transactions, Integrations
n
Experience in Designing & developing Duck Creek Policy System
n
Experience in handling & leading team
n
Good understanding of business, functional requirements and policy workflow of the entire application and project
n
Understanding the client's requirement properly and then going for the development in the core areas of DCT
n
Must have excellent communication skills.
n
A positive understanding of emerging InsurTech technology space.
