About the role Working alongside an experienced production team, you will be responsible for MIG welding black steel construction materials and components.
n Key Responsibilities

MIG welding black steel products to specification
n
Preparing and positioning materials ready for welding
n
Conducting quality checks on completed welds before products move to the next stage of production
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area
n
Working collaboratively with the client's workshop crew to meet production targets

What You'll Need
n
n
Proven experience in MIG welding within a manufacturing, fabrication, or workshop environment.
n
Experience running fillets in mild steel.
n
Ability to read and interpret basic work instructions and drawings
n
Strong focus on quality workmanship and safety
n
Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
n
Trade qualification is not essential; however, substantial hands-on welding experience will be highly regarded
n
Availability to commence immediately
