As a Registered Nurse, you will:
n
n
Provide excellent, person centred resident care
n
Implement best practice nursing care according to the resident care plan and the Quality Standards
n
Monitor the condition and health of residents and record their progress
n
Lead a team of Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers and coordinate the completion of clinical care tasks and related clinical documentation.
n

About you:
n
n
Hold a valid qualification with current AHPRA registration
n
Ensure protected medication administration, best practice wound care,



and clinical support for our residents, in line with resident needs
n
Satisfactory background checks, COVID and flu vaccinations, and certification proof
n
Understanding of AN-ACC Aged Care funding modelis desired not mandatory
n
Working knowledge of Accreditation Standards and Aged Care legislation is desired not mandatory.
