We are seeking a friendly and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team at the Redfern Station Medical Centre in Redfern, NSW.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
n
Scheduling appointments and managing the patient booking system
n
Handling patient inquiries and concerns in a courteous and efficient way
n
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
n
Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and inventory management
n
Providing general support to the medical practitioners and nursing staff as required
n
keeping the working environment clean

What we're looking for

Previous experience working as a medical receptionist or in a similar customer service role
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
n
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
n
Proficient in using medical or practice management software
n




A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
n
A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
