Location: Rockhampton & Yeppoon, QLD

Salary: Up to $120k base + super + monthly bonus

Join a well-established private practice as a Lead Physiotherapist. This role offers a unique 60% clinical / 40% leadership split, allowing you to combine hands-on patient care with mentoring clinicians, driving business growth, and shaping clinical excellence across clinics in Rockhampton and Yeppoon.

Lead a mixed MSK, sports, NDIS, DVA, EPC and private caseload
n
Mentor physiotherapists, deliver CPD sessions and conduct performance reviews
n
Build referral networks and contribute to clinic growth and business development
n
Work across both clinic locations (1 day/week in Yeppoon, remainder in Rockhampton)

Skills & experience
n
n
AHPRA registered Physiotherapist
n
Minimum 5+ years' physiotherapy experience, ideally in private practice
n
Strong MSK and manual therapy skills
n
Previous leadership, mentoring or business development experience
n
Women's Health experience desirable but not essential
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
n
