Liberty Industrial is Australia's leading specialist in demolition, decommissioning and remediation, delivering complex projects across the mining, oil & gas, power generation and heavy industrial sectors.

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team and deliver a major ($50m) long-term industrial demolition project based in Altona, Melbourne. This is a site-based Monday to Friday position offering genuine ownership of a landmark project with one of Australia's most respected industrial contractors. If you enjoy leading complex projects, working with Tier 1 clients and managing multidisciplinary teams in challenging industrial environments, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
n
As Senior Project Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the safe, commercial and successful delivery of the project from planning through to completion.
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Leading all aspects of project delivery, ensuring safety, quality, programme and commercial objectives are achieved.
n
Managing project budgets, forecasting, cost control and contractual performance.
n
Leading multidisciplinary project teams across engineering, construction and site operations.
n
Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
n
Driving Liberty Industrial's Zero Harm culture and ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards.
n
Managing procurement, subcontractors, project risks and resource planning.
n
Monitoring project performance and reporting to senior leadership.
n
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement throughout project delivery.

About You
n




We're looking for an experienced project leader who combines strong commercial acumen with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
n
You'll ideally bring:
n
n
Proven experience delivering complex industrial, construction or infrastructure projects.
n
Experience within demolition, mining, oil & gas, power generation, heavy construction, shutdowns or brownfield environments preferred.
n
Strong commercial and contractual management capability.
n
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on large-scale projects.
n
Degree qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
n
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
n
A robust commitment to safety and quality.
n
Experience with Primavera P6 desirable
n
