Design, implement and support cloud network and security infrastructure across public cloud platforms.
n
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to improve automation and consistency.
n
Provide Level 3 technical support and participate in on-call support activities.
n
Contribute to network strategy, governance, standards and best-practice frameworks.
n
Perform capacity planning, performance monitoring and infrastructure optimisation.
n
Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud networking and infrastructure issues.
n
Partner with stakeholders to define and deliver scalable cloud connectivity solutions.
n
Work with vendors and support partners to maintain availability and stability across critical environments.
n

Key responsibilities include:
n
n

Skills & Experience:
n
n
Strong experience supporting cloud infrastructure environments across AWS, Azure and/or GCP.
n
Deep understanding of cloud networking concepts including virtual networks, routing, IP addressing, load balancing and connectivity services.
n
Hands-on experience with Terraform, Python and/or Ansible.
n
Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving capability.
n
Experience supporting enterprise-scale network infrastructure environments.
n
Knowledge of ITIL processes including incident, change and problem management.
n
Experience working with Jira or comparable service management platforms.
n
Relevant certifications such as AWS, Azure, CCNA, CCNP or equivalent.
n
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
n
