Part-Time Content Creator

We're looking for acreative, energetic and social-media Content Creatorto join our team and bring our venues and brands to life online.
n
This is a hands-on role working across our 3 childcare centres (Treetop Early Learning) based in Pascoe Vale, Ascot Vale and Epping. We also have 2 restaurant / bar venues. Soho based in Southbank and Penny Young based in Moonee Ponds.

What you'll be doing
n
Capture, edit and deliver content, while contributing ideas within the broader marketing direction.
n
n
Create engaging photo and video content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok??
n
Visit our3 childcare centres and 2 restaurant/bar venuesto capture regular content.
n
Film Reels, TikToks, Stories, behind-the-scenes content and promotional campaigns
n
Edit short-form videos and create eye-catching social content
n
Develop creative content ideas and concepts for each brand
n
Stay up to date with social media trends, sounds, formats and content styles
n
Write engaging captions and help maintain content calendars
n
Coordinate content shoots around events, promotions and key dates
n
Work with our team to identify stories, people and moments worth sharing
n
Help build a consistent and recognisable online presence across all five venues
n
Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content
n
n
About you
n
n
Naturally creative and full of ideas
n
Confident filming on a phone/camera and comfortable around people
n
Experienced creating Reels,



TikToks and other short-form video
n
Comfortable editing video using tools such as CapCut, Canva or similar.
n
Social-media savvy and understands what makes people stop scrolling
n
Organised and able to manage content across multiple locations
n
Reliable, proactive and happy to work independently
n
Comfortable working in bothchildcare and hospitality environments
n
Confident communicating with staff, families, customers and venue teams
n
Available to work someweekends, particularly when events or high-value content opportunities arise
n
n
Experience
n
Previous experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, photography, videography or a similar creative role is highly regarded. We care more about your ability to create engaging content than having a long list of qualifications.
n
What we offer

24 hours per week, part-time
n
$38–$45 per hour + super, depending on experience
