Maintenance Handyman - Waterloo Location

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Handyman to join their maintenance team, looking after a portfolio of retail and high-end residential buildings in Waterloo.

Key Responsibilities
n
General handyman and property maintenance duties
n
Minor repairs, patching, painting and basic carpentry
n
Attending to maintenance requests across retail and residential areas
n
Coordinating with building management, residents, tenants and contractors
n
Identifying maintenance issues and arranging appropriate repairs
n
Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and professionally
n
Maintaining accurate records of completed maintenance activities
n
About You
n
Previous handyman, property maintenance or facilities maintenance experience
n




Broad practical skills across general repairs and maintenance
n
Professional presentation and strong communication skills
n
Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
n
Comfortable working within high-end residential and retail environments
n
Current driver's licence
n
Relevant trade qualifications would be highly regarded but are not essential
n
