HCF is seeking a strategic Head of Retention Strategy & Operations to own the **** Retention Strategy and deliver cross-functional initiatives that boost member retention and gross margin. This 9-month parental leave cover will report to the Chief Officer Member Experience and lead collaboration across Marketing, Product, Data, Digital, Operations and Member Experience.
