Australian Citizens with Baseline Security Clearance

Role Overview:
n
We are seeking a Business Analyst with OpenText experience to support requirement gathering, process analysis, and documentation for an OpenText implementation project.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
n




Analyse current processes and recommend improvements
n
Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, and process maps
n
Support OpenText implementation by working closely with functional and technical teams
n
Assist with testing, validation, and user training
n
n
Required Skills & Experience:
n
n
Experience working as a Business Analyst on OpenText projects
n
Solid requirement gathering and documentation skills
n
Experience in document or content management platforms preferred
n
Experience in government projects preferred
n
n
