As a Casual Bartender at Bar Ricci, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service while working in a fast-paced, premium dining environment.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
n
Provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with guests
n
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar
n
Follow RSA requirements and venue procedures
n
Assist with stock rotation and inventory control
n
Work collaboratively with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
n
Contribute to a positive and professional team workplace
n

About you
n
n
Minimum 2 years' bartending experience in a restaurant, cocktail bar, or premium hospitality venue
n
Strong cocktail-making skills and beverage knowledge
n
Wine knowledge is highly regarded
n




Excellent customer service and communication skills
n
Professional presentation and attention to detail
n
Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy service periods
n
Current RSA Certificate
n
Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
n
