ABOUT THE ROLE

Provide professional, welcoming, and attentive service to every guest.
n
Take accurate food and beverage orders, share your menu knowledge and ensure prompt, polished delivery.
n
Set up, maintain and clear service areas efficiently while following Haven's service standards
n
Work closely with the kitchen, bar and management teams to ensure seamless, enjoyable service for all guests
n
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation,



ensuring every guest enjoys a safe and comfortable dining experience.
