Job Description
n
n
Lead and develop the national Business Manager team, driving Finance, Insurance and Warranty (F&I;) performance across the Dutton Automotive retail network.
n
Develop and implement strategies to maximise finance penetration, gross profit, warranty and insurance sales.
n
Coach and support Business Managers to achieve consistent commercial performance and exceptional customer outcomes.
n
Partner with Retail Leadership and Dutton Financial Services to optimise finance opportunities, deal flow and settlement efficiency.
n
Build strong relationships with lenders, financiers, insurers and product providers to support commercial outcomes.
n
Monitor F&I; performance, identify opportunities and provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.
n




Ensure all F&I; activities meet NCCP, Responsible Lending, Privacy, AML/CTF and Australian Credit Licence requirements.
n
Drive consistent national F&I; processes, capability and best practice while supporting continuous improvement across the network.

Qualifications
n
n
5+ years' experience in automotive F&I;, automotive finance or asset finance, with strong knowledge of the automotive retail environment.
n
Proven experience leading, coaching or managing Business Managers or F&I; teams, preferably across multiple locations.
n
Strong understanding of automotive finance products, lender processes, settlements, warranty and insurance products.
n
Established relationships with a panel of automotive finance lenders and financial services providers.
n
Proven track record in achieving finance penetration, gross profit, warranty and insurance targets.
n
Strong understanding of NCCP, Responsible Lending, Australian Credit Licence, Privacy and AML/CTF requirements.
n
Solid commercial, negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance sales, compliance and customer outcomes.
n
Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking or equivalent highly desirable, together with strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
