We're growing our Premium Guest Services Team and are looking for customer-focused professionals to join us as Premium Guest Hosts. This is a unique opportunity to work in a premium service environment, develop specialised gaming and hospitality skills, and build a long-term career with an organisation known for promoting from within.

About the Role
n
As a Premium Guest Host, you'll deliver personalised service to our premium gaming guests, creating memorable experiences and building strong customer relationships.
n
This is a casual position offering a rotating roster across days, evenings, weekends and public holidays, with the opportunity to work part time to full-time equivalent hours based on business needs.
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Providing exceptional service to premium gaming guests.
n
Building genuine customer relationships and creating memorable experiences.
n
Serving food and beverages to guests.
n
Assisting with gaming machine payouts, refills and minor machine faults.
n
Promoting Club membership perks and services.
n
Managing guest enquiries and resolving issues professionally.
n
Maintaining compliance with RSA, RCG and Club policies.
n
Supporting responsible conduct of gaming practices.
n
Working collaboratively with the Premium Guest and Gaming teams.
n

About You
n
You are a confident and engaging hospitality professional who enjoys connecting with people and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
n
To succeed in this role, you'll have:

Demonstrated experience in customer service, hospitality or gaming.
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
A professional, positive and approachable manner.
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
n
The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
n
High presentation and grooming standards.
n
Current RSA and RCG Competencies.
n
Availability to work a rotating roster including days, nights and weekends.
