This is aPermanent, Full-Time position, Term Time only. Split shifts Mon - Fri.

About the Role

We are seeking anenthusiastic and dedicated professionalwith a genuine passion for childcare. As Coordinator, you will inspire your team with compassion, friendliness, and the ability to engage positively and productively with children.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Stay organised and vigilant- Manageaccurate attendance records and bookingsto ensure consistent supervision and safety

Empower your team-Supervise and mentor educators, helping them grow in confidence and capability in their daily practice

Inspire young minds- Design and deliverengaging, educational programs, underpinned by thoughtful observations and reflection
n
Live the values- Support and promote themission and ethos of the Catholic Church, embedding them in your day-to-day leadership

About You:
n
To excel in this role, you will bring:
n
n
ADiploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
n
Proven experience inOut of School Hours Care (OSHC).
n
Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills
n
Is reliable, organised, and enthusiastic
n
Certification inChild Protection Training.
n
CurrentFirst Aid Certificates, including CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma management.
n
A validNSW Working With Children Check.
n
Completed the mandatory national child safety training via GECCKO.Register GECCKO
n
n
