Assistant Store Manager (2IC) – Bath & Body Works

As Assistant Store Manager (2IC), you'll work in partnership with the Store Manager to lead the team and drive the day-to-day performance of the store at Bath & Body Works Harbour Town.

Key responsibilities

Lead, coach and motivate the team to perform at their best
n
Drive sales performance and achievement of store KPIs
n
Create exceptional and memorable customer experiences
n
Support stock, visual merchandising and daily store operations
n
Maintain robust operational and brand standards
n
Build a positive, engaging and high-performance team culture
n
Take ownership of the store when the Store Manager is away
n
n
About you
n
n
Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, 2IC or retail leader
n
Strong coaching and people-development skills
n
A track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs
n




Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume customer environment
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n
Confidence making decisions and taking ownership
n
A genuine passion for retail, customers and developing people
n
