We're looking for an experienced Shipping & Dispatch Team Leader to take ownership of our outbound logistics operation and lead a hands‐on team to deliver on‐time, accurate dispatch every day.

About the Role
n
You'll lead the Shipping & Dispatch team, ensuring finished products are packed, manifested, and shipped efficiently while meeting courier requirements and daily SLAs. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who understands, manufacturing and the logistics behind it all.

Key Responsibilities
n

Lead and motivate the Shipping & Dispatch team
n
Manage daily dispatch priorities to meet SLA targets
n
Create and manage courier manifests and dispatch documentation
n
Coordinate with multiple couriers and freight providers
n
Ensure compliance with courier rules, cut‐off times, and packaging standards
n
Monitor daily production and dispatch reports
n
Troubleshoot shipping issues and drive continuous improvement
n
Work closely with Production, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Experience in Print Manufacturing (desirable)
n
Strong knowledge of shipping, dispatch, and logistics operations
n
Experience working with multiple couriers with consideration of individual requirements for packing rules
n
Proven people leadership experience
n
Understanding of end-to-end production workflow
n
Ability to manage priorities in a fast‐paced environment
n
Experience using production or logistics management software
n
Management or logistics qualification (desirable)
