Salary: Commensurate with experience + shift loading

Work Set-up: Full-time, On-site |Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

About the Role
n
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Electronics Assemblers to join a high-performing manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will assemble electronic and mechanical products, maintain exceptional quality standards, and contribute to the production of globally distributed automotive technology products.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Assemble electronic and mechanical products by following detailed work instructions.
n
Complete production work orders within required cycle times and output targets.
n
Perform soldering and assembly of electronic components to quality standards.
n
Record daily production data accurately using manufacturing systems.
n
Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
n
Safely operate hand tools and production equipment.
n
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
n
Follow company policies, procedures, and quality requirements.
n
Escalate production or quality issues promptly to supervisors.
n

Qualifications
n
n
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
n
Experience assembling electronic or electromechanical products is highly regarded.
n
Confident in hand soldering through-hole electronic components.
n
Experience handling printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs).
n
Competent in using hand tools for mechanical assembly.
n
Basic computer skills.
n
Robust attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
n
Ability to follow written procedures and verbal instructions accurately.
n
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team.
n
An interest in automotive technology or motorsports will be highly regarded.
n

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
