YOUR ROLE

Reporting to both an industry leading Managing Partner+ Practice Leader of this winning Family/Estates Law Team, you will appreciate the top mentorship+ love the challenge+ satisfaction+ variety solving family/estates legal issues+ disputes including:
n
n
Divorce/separation, Property/financial settlements, Parenting/custody/child support/adoption;
n
Wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate, succession planning, asset protection, guardianship and administration of deceased estates and Family Provision Act claims.
n

Key responsibilities
n




include liaising with clients/solicitors/barristers, drafting legal/ court documents/letters of advice, preparing briefs to barristers, attending settlement conferences & court appearances.

WHO YOU ARE

Have minimum 3 years+ (up to senior associate) practising in both family law AND estates/wills with carriage of your own files;
