What we are looking for:
n
We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to leadCosta's Monarto mushroom production site, overseeing production, harvesting andpacking operations. Reporting to the Site Lead, you'll play a criticalleadership role in ensuring the safe, efficient and profitable operation of thesite while consistently delivering against production, quality, food safety andcustomer requirements.

This is a highly visible leadership opportunity where you'lllead multiple operational teams,



drive continuous improvement initiatives andbuild a strong culture of accountability, safety and performance. Workingclosely with leaders across the business, you'll be responsible for maximisingproductivity, improving operational outcomes and developing high-performingteams that support the site's long-term success.

What you'll do:

Lead production, harvesting and packingoperations to deliver safe, productive and profitable outcomes.

Drive operational performance through continuousimprovement, cost reduction and productivity initiatives.
n
Develop, coach and lead managers, supervisorsand team leaders to build a high-performing workforce.
n
Ensure compliance with WHS, food safety, qualityand customer standards while achieving production targets
n

What you'll bring:

Degree qualification in Business, Operations,Manufacturing, Agriculture or a related field.
n
Proven experience leading large operationalteams within manufacturing, food production, fresh produce or a similarenvironment.
n
Strong leadership, stakeholder management,problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
n
Demonstrated experience driving operationalexcellence, continuous improvement and commercial performance.
n
