We're partnering with a leading organisation embarking on a major TechnologyOne Enterprise Asset Management (EAMS) implementation as part of a broader Digital Transformation Program.

About the Role
n
As the Organisational Change Manager, you will lead the people side of the transformation, ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working across the organisation.
n
Working closely with the Project Manager, Technical Lead and business stakeholders, you will be responsible for:
n
n
Lead organisational change for a major TechnologyOne EAMS implementation.
n
Deliver change, communications, stakeholder engagement and business readiness strategies.
n
Conduct change impact assessments, readiness and training needs analysis.
n
Partner with project, technical and business teams to drive successful adoption.
n
Coach leaders, manage change risks and embed sustainable business outcomes.
n
n
About You
n
You're an experienced Organisational Change professional who thrives in complex transformation environments and enjoys working closely with the business to make change land successfully.
n
You'll bring:
n
n
Proven TechnologyOne change experience, ideally OneCouncil, with exposure to EAM, HR & Payroll and/or Finance & Supply Chain.
n
Alternatively, robust ERP or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) transformation experience within a complex organisation.
n
Experience within Local Government, public sector or similarly regulated environments.
n
Strong stakeholder capability, with the confidence to engage from frontline teams through to executives.
n
Experience working across large, multi-workstream transformation programs.
n
A pragmatic, hands-on approach to business readiness, adoption and managing change impacts.
n
Confidence personally facilitating training, workshops and Superuser forums.
n
