As the Allied Health Team Leader your responsibilities will include:
n

Manage the Allied Health team and ensure they are delivering goal-centred care
n
Work with the Allied Health General Manager to generate new referrals
n
Performance appraisals of staff
n
Undertake career development initiatives
n
Assist with local recruitment and onboarding of new staff
n
Manage a reduced adult disability caseload
n
Work from their office located in Penrith to attend team meetings, see clients and collaborate with team members
n
Caseload can be tailored to your experience and preferred interest area
n




Service clients in a limited radius near your location

Requirements/Skills
n
n
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy
n
SPA membership or AHPRA registration
n
2+ years clinical experience
n
Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
n
Drivers licence and own vehicle
n
