Are you reliable, hands-on, and enjoy staying active throughout your workday? Shred-X is looking for a safety-focused and customer-oriented MR Driver on a Full-Time basis to join our team in Sandy Creek, Gold Coast.

We're seeking a motivated team member who thrives on independence, takes pride in their work, and plays a key role in delivering top-tier customer service.

What You'll Do
n
n
Drive a company-branded MR truck to deliver and collect secure destruction bins and materials.
n
Service a diverse client base across various industries, including handling e-waste, archive boxes, textiles, and pallets.
n
Safely manage bins weighing up to 100kg – an ideal role for someone who enjoys physical work.
n
Use a PDA device to accurately record collections and service tasks.
n
Complete daily vehicle checks and ensure roadworthiness and cleanliness.
n
Represent Shred-X professionally on-site, ensuring top-tier customer interaction.
n
Follow all company policies, WHS standards, chain of responsibility, and client-specific procedures.

What You Bring
n
n
A valid Medium Rigid (MR) truck license with a clean driving history.
n




Previous experience in a physical driving role (e.g. freight or removalist-style work).
n
Safe manual handling skills and physical fitness.
n
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
n
Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
n
Comfortable with using handheld devices (PDA or similar tech).
n
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
n
