Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial properties including retail, office, and industrial
Build and maintain solid relationships with landlords and tenants
Oversee lease administration, renewals, rent reviews, and arrears management
Coordinate maintenance, compliance, and contractor management
Prepare budgets, financial reports, and outgoings reconciliations
Conduct routine inspections and manage property condition reporting
Ensure compliance with Victorian real estate legislation and company policies
Maintain accurate CRM records and portfolio reporting
About You
2+ years’ experience in commercial property management
Strong knowledge of commercial leases and outgoings
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
Victorian Real Estate Licence or Certificate (essential)
Professional presentation and client-focused approach
