Lead Group are currently looking for an experienced Site Foreman on behalf of a well regarded builder with a genuinely full order book.

This is a business built on doing office fit out and refurbishment work properly repeat clients, a secured pipeline, and a leadership team that actually backs its people.

About the role

You'll run the day to day on site keeping the job moving safely, on programme, and finished to a standard you'd be happy to put your name to. You'll work closely with the PM and have the trust to manage your site the way it needs to be managed.
Coordinate all trades and subcontractors on site
Keep WHS compliance and site safety front and centre
Run daily walk arounds and hold site presentation to a high standard
Work closely with the PM to hit programme milestones
Manage quality control and make sure works are completed to spece
Keep site records and reporting up to date

About you




Solid foreman experience in commercial construction, or a commercial carpentry background ready to step up
Experience on fit-out or refurbishment projects
A transparent communicator who can lead trades and keep them on track
Comfortable managing multiple trades against a deadline
A robust understanding of construction process and WHS
