Laguna Noosa Holidays is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join the team in a part-time capacity. This is a three day a week, part time position including Saturdays, designed to provide a positive work-life balance while maintaining a high level of service for guests and clients. You will play an important role in ensuring guests, owners, trades and clients receive a personalized and professional service.
Key responsibilities
Provide friendly and professional service to clients and guests
Manage front reception and respond to telephone calls and emails
Book and follow up guest reservations
Coordinate maintenance requests
Prepare keys for guests, trade services and property managers
Participate in training and professional development opportunities
Support the team with problem solving and guest enquiries as required
About you
Current QLD Sales Registration Certificate and Drivers Licence
Previous holiday letting or property management experience is preferred
Knowledge of Home Hero and RMS is preferred but not essential
Excellent attention to detail and a professional approach to client relationships
Positive,
personable and respectful customer service skills
Strong organisation, time management and monitoring skills
Ability to work effectively if issues arise
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
A commitment to privacy and confidentiality for clients, landlords and the business
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute as part of a team
