Hidden Valley Ford and Subaru Darwin is seeking a reliable and experienced Car Accessory Fitter to join our busy dealership team.

This hands-on role involves fitting a wide range of genuine and aftermarket accessories to recent and customer vehicles. You will play an important part in ensuring every installation is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:
Fitting tub liners, bull bars, towbars and suspension components
Installing roller shutters, hard lids, canopies and roof racks
Fitting vehicle lighting and other 12V accessories
Ensuring all accessories are installed safely and correctly
Inspecting completed work to maintain high quality standards
Treating customer vehicles with care and respect
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workshop
Reporting any vehicle damage, incidents or safety concerns
Assisting with other dealership duties when required
Working towards individual and departmental KPIs





About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous accessory fitting experience, preferably within the automotive industry
Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
Good communication and organisational skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills
A skilled and reliable approach
A strong commitment to workplace safety
A current NT driver’s licence
