We're looking for an energetic and passionate Training Coach to join our Queensland team. In this field-based role, you'll partner with District Managers and Restaurant Managers to build capability, drive performance, and bring our learning culture to life across multiple restaurants.
n

About the Role:
n
As a Training Coach, you'll play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of people within your designated patch.
n
You'll combine facilitation, coaching and hands-on support to deliver engaging learning experiences that improve skills, confidence and performance.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Coach and support Restaurant Managers to deliver best-practice training and development.
n
Facilitate engaging classroom, online and on-the-job training programs.
n
Support managers and crew members to achieve certification and training standards.
n
Partner with District Managers to identify training needs and capability gaps.
n
Conduct structured restaurant visits to coach leaders on operational procedures,



systems and new initiatives.
n
Support the training and onboarding of teams during new restaurant openings and restaurant refurbishments.
n
Assist in the development and continuous improvement of training programs and learning resources.
n
Monitor training participation, compliance and key performance measures.
n
Champion a culture of learning, development and continuous improvement.
n

About You:
n

A willingness to travel throughout Queensland, including regional locations as required.

Essential Requirements:




n
n
Previous QSR experience as a Training Coach, Restaurant Trainer, or a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager.
n
Experience facilitating both face-to-face and online training programs.
n
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
n
Current Australian Driver Licence.
n
Ability to travel and stay in regional locations for short periods when required.
n
Successful applicants will be required to complete a National Police Check.
n
