The role
n
Join a busy Talent Acquisition team supporting one of Australia's largest infrastructure projects. As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with Hiring Managers, develop sourcing strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience across national and international hiring.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Partner with Hiring Managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment across the Snowy 2.0 project.
n
Manage national and international recruitment campaigns from sourcing through to offer.
n
Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and industry networks.
n
Create job advertisements, screen applications and manage candidate shortlisting.
n
Conduct structured interviews and active sourcing to attract high-quality talent.
n
Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
n
Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools and employer branding initiatives.
n
Occasional travel to Cooma to build relationships with Hiring Managers and support recruitment needs.

About you
n
This is a busy, high-volume role with a strong focus on administration and coordination, requiring a proactive,



can-do attitude and a willingness to support wherever needed.
n
n
Experience in internal recruitment, within Construction, Engineering, Infrastructure or a project-based environment.
n
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment channels.
n
Confident managing the full recruitment process, including interviews.
n
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
n
Proactive, collaborative and able to thrive in a rapid-paced workplace.
n
HR or related qualifications are advantageous
n
Able to commute to the Smithfield office by car and travel to Cooma occasionaly with the HR team
n
Ability to commute to the Smithfield office by car and travel to Cooma with the HR team as required.

About the Project
n
Snowy 2.0 is the next generation of the iconic Snowy Mountains Hydroelectric Scheme, and construction of this major pumped hydro project is well underway. Once complete, the Scheme will provide **** megawatts of dispatchable, on-demand renewable power and approximately 350,000 megawatt hours of large-scale energy storage to the Australian National Electricity Market.
