What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Develop a pipeline of affiliates and partners, with audiences and communities to be referred to the company. Affiliates and partners will be defined broadly based on fit, and may include a combination of: key opinion leaders, influencers, trading groups, websites, event organisers, professionals in relevant industries, and other companies serving customer bases with related interests.
n
Build the business case for signing affiliates and partners to work with the company online and at in person events.
n
Build relationships with affiliates and partners,



negotiate commercial terms, and facilitate contract execution to begin working with them.
n
Develop, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns. Improve the performance of existing affiliates.
n
n
What We Look For In You
n
n
3+ years of affiliate marketing/ business development experience in the digital asset space, or a related sector. Candidates with existing books of affiliates will be preferred.
n
Experience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish.
n
Results oriented and comfort with interpreting performance data.
n
Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics, Amplitude or others.
n
Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
