Test Manager - Infor Water Billing Implementation

A leading global consulting organisation is seeking a Test Manager with deep Infor billing experience to lead testing for a large-scale Infor Water Billing implementation within a regulated utilities setting.
n
This is a critical role overseeing quality assurance across a complex Meter-to-Cash transformation program, ensuring billing accuracy, regulatory compliance, and seamless integration across enterprise platforms.

The Program
n
The client is implementing an Infor billing platform to modernise customer, metering, and revenue management capabilities. The environment includes integrations across CRM, ERP/Finance, payment gateways, meter data management (MDM), and reporting systems.
n
Accuracy, revenue assurance, and compliance are non-negotiable.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Own and deliver the Master Test Strategy aligned to Infor implementation methodology
n
Lead SIT, End-to-End, Regression, Performance and UAT cycles
n
Validate complex tariff structures, pricing rules, billing calculations and adjustments
n
Oversee meter-to-cash (M2C) process validation including:n
n
Meter reads ingestion
n
Billing runs
n
Adjustments & rebills
n
Payment allocations
n
Debt management workflows
n
n
Manage test data strategy and reconciliation frameworks
n
Govern defect lifecycle and reporting across multiple streams
n




Coordinate testing across Infor modules and integrated systems
n
Support cutover, dress rehearsals and hypercare validation
n
n
Essential Experience
n
n
Proven experience as Test Manager on an Infor Billing implementation
n
Strong understanding of Infor Public Sector / Infor Utilities / IPS Billing (or equivalent Infor platform)
n
Experience testing complex utilities billing and revenue systems
n
Deep knowledge of Meter-to-Cash processes
n
Experience working within a consulting or systems integrator delivery model
n
Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting capability
n
Experience managing distributed test teams (onshore/offshore)
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
Water utilities sector experience
n
Revenue assurance and regulatory compliance testing
n
Experience with data migration, reconciliation, and parallel billing runs
n
Exposure to automation frameworks within enterprise programs
n
ISTQB certification
n
n
