An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager or Property Manager to join a vibrant, modern team managing a high-end portfolio across Melbourne's inner-city suburbs.
n
This role offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio of ******* properties with a high level of autonomy, while also supporting the Head of Department and contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Manage a premium portfolio across suburbs including South Yarra and Abbotsford

What You'll Be Doing:
n
n
Managing a portfolio of ******* properties
n
Managing all aspects of end-to-end Property Management
n
Overseeing leasing, maintenance, compliance and tenant communication
n
Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
n




Maintaining accurate property records and systems
n
Supporting the Head of Department in overseeing a team of 6
n
Assisting with team leadership and day-to-day Property Management operations
n
Working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
n
n
What We're Looking For:
n
n
Previous experience in end-to-end Property Management
n
Senior Property Manager or experienced Property Manager background
n
Strong organisational and communication skills
n
Proficiency in Property Tree, IRE and Inspection Express
n
Proactive and personable approach
n
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
n
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
n
Professional presentation and strong work ethic
n
