Our client is a well established well known Australian manufacturing company supplying quality products to customers across Australia. As their business continues to grow, they are looking for a motivated and customer focused Customer Service & Internal Sales Representative to join our team based in Seven Hills.

About the Role
n
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting the internal sales function. You will be the first point of contact for many of their customers and will work closely with sales, production, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email in a professional and timely manner
n
Process customer orders, quotations and sales enquiries
n
Provide product information, pricing and availability to customers
n




Follow up quotes and identify opportunities to convert enquiries into sales
n
Maintain solid relationships with existing customers
n
Liaise with production and warehouse teams regarding order requirements and delivery timeframes
n
Coordinate with transport and logistics providers where required
n
Monitor customer orders from initial enquiry through to delivery
n
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
n
Maintain accurate customer and order records within the company's systems
n
Assist the external sales team with administration and customer follow-up
n
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell relevant products
n
Support general sales and customer service administration as required
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable, commercially minded and enjoys dealing with people.
n
Ideally, you will have:

Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, sales administration or a similar role
