About Us
n We are a fast-paced and growing Blue Collar labour hire and recruitment business, supporting clients across a range of industries nationwide. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Resourcer to join our centralised recruitment team based in our Smithfield, NSW office.

About the Role
n This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys connecting great candidates with prospect, and takes pride in delivering quality talent to support operational success. As a Resourcer, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and shortlisting high-quality candidates to support our Account Managers and their client across Australia. Working closely within a centralised recruitment function, you will ensure we consistently deliver strong talent pipelines to meet client demand.

****You will be working with Bullhorn ATS / CRM, so experience is essential.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Source, attract, and engage suitable candidates across multiple industries
n
Build and maintain strong talent pools to support ongoing labour hire demand
n
Work closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements nationally
n
Screen candidates, conduct initial assessments,



and ensure suitability
n
Manage candidate records and workflows within Bullhorn
n
Proactively headhunt and market candidates where required
n
Maintain a strong focus on speed, quality, and compliance
n
n
About You
n
n
Previous experience in recruitment, labour hire, or a resourcing role
n
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
n
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
n
High attention to detail with strong organisational ability
n
Ability to work collaboratively within a centralised recruitment team
n
Drive, have your own transport and maintain a full driver's licence
n
Ability to travel if needed
n
