The Opportunity
n
Our client is scale-up tech company headquartered in the US, with a growing presence in Australia and New Zealand. They are in a highly acquisitive growth phase, so this role involves looking after a portfolio of SaaS & tech companies, driving continuous improvements and continuing to scale a highly productive Finance function. The role requires strong exposure to ELT level stakeholders and is an ideal move for an ambitious professional with a strong technical background, who is looking to make their mark in a SaaS environment.

The Challenge
n
Key responsibilities will include:
n
n
Leading budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across a portfolio of acquired businesses
n
Partnering with business leaders to provide commercial insights and support decision-making
n
Owning month-end close and financial reporting under IFRS and US GAAP
n
Leading post-acquisition finance integration, including accounting clean-up, reporting and acquisition accounting
n
Supporting M&A; activity through financial modelling, due diligence and integration planning
n
Managing post-close requirements including earn-outs and completion statements
n
Driving stronger controls, automation and continuous process improvement
n
Leading and developing a high-performing international finance team
n

The Expertise
n
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

n
CA/CPA qualified, with proven experience as a Finance Manager, FP&A; Manager or Controller
n
Big 4 Audit background
n
Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations
n
Hands-on leader who balances detail with strategy to drive continuous improvements
n
Experience in SaaS, PE-backed or with Netsuite are nice to have
n
