Description

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of major commercial construction projects from commencement through to practical completion.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n

Managing all day-to-day site operations and construction activities.
n
Leading Foremen, Supervisors, subcontractors, and site teams.
n
Driving project programme outcomes and construction milestones.
n
Managing site safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
n
Coordinating subcontractors and maintaining project productivity.
n
Overseeing site logistics and sequencing of works.
n
Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
n
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time,



and to the highest standards.

Profile
n
n
Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects valued $40M+.
n
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage large site teams.
n
Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and programming.
n
Commitment to safety, quality, and project outcomes.
n
Stable employment history with reputable commercial builders.
n
Ability to drive projects while maintaining strong team culture.
n
