Weekend Receptionist - Two on Hastings Resort | Noosa Heads

We're looking for a friendly and reliable Weekend Receptionist to join our team at Two on Hastings Resort in Noosa Heads.
n
This is a permanent weekend position, with regular Saturday and Sunday availability essential. We're ideally looking for someone local who is seeking a long-term position and can commit to being part of our weekend team on an ongoing basis.
n
Previous hotel, resort or accommodation experience is strongly preferred, and any housekeeping experience or knowledge would be highly valued.
n
Typical hours:
n
Saturday: approximately 9:00am - 2:00pm
n Sunday: approximately 9:00am - 12:00pm
n
Some flexibility to extend these hours when required is important, particularly during busy periods.
n
About the role
n




You'll look after reception over the weekend, welcoming and assisting guests, managing arrivals and departures, responding to enquiries and helping coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure apartments are ready for incoming guests.

We're looking for someone who is:

Reliable and available for regular weekend work
n
Friendly, organised and confident working independently
n
Comfortable coordinating with our housekeeping team
n
Focused on providing a great guest experience
n
