About the Role
n
n
A Senior Building Services Coordinator/Engineer is required to work on our Data Centre in Huntingwood ($2bn) - Work secured well into ****.
n
You will be responsible for Mechanical or Electrical packages on this major projects.
n
You should be able to read and interpret drawings.
n
Manage and work closely with the Tier 1 Services Sub-contractors and other Service Trades effectively.
n
You will work directly under the Services Manager, as part of a team and attend all the meetings and support him through the full life-cycle of the project.
n

To be successful in this role you would require:
n
n
A very strong focus on Building Services with a trade or degree background coupled with 5-7+ years' experience in the commercial construction industry
n
Commercial construction delivery experience on large projects (Ideally Data Centre Projects, but this is not essential)
n
Extensive experience with Elec or Mech services on projects in excess of $*******m
n
Ability to motivate and mentor those around you.
n
You will have worked for a Building Services Sub-contractor or for a main building contractor fulfilling an intermediate level role within a Tier 1 or 2 organisation.
n
Steady employment background showing great tenure with past employers.
